The website describes my consulting and implementation services. Information is provided to help you understand the work I offer and decide whether to get in touch. Content may be updated as services and circumstances change.

Enquiries and projects

An enquiry starts a conversation. It does not create a project agreement or require you to purchase a service.

Before commissioned work begins, I agree the scope, deliverables, fees, responsibilities and relevant terms with you in writing. Any signed project agreement governs that work. This website does not offer automatic online booking or checkout for consulting services.

Content and brand ownership

The website's original content and REMAP™ brand materials belong to Andrew James Paterson, except where other ownership is identified. Client names, logos and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You can view the site and share links to it. Please obtain written permission before reproducing or republishing original materials, except where applicable law permits the use.

Appropriate use

Please do not misuse the enquiry form, submit harmful content, interfere with the website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or other people's information.

Links and third-party services

The website links to services such as social platforms and WhatsApp. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. Their availability and operation are outside my control.

Availability and outcomes

I aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but the website may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. Please contact me if you need to confirm a detail before relying on it.

Consulting outcomes depend on the agreed work and the circumstances of the business. The website does not promise a specific financial or commercial result. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
