Start with a business problem
You may have information spread across several systems, repetitive administration, inconsistent follow-up, or a team spending too much time preparing the same material. Sometimes AI can help. Sometimes a simpler workflow, a better integration or a clearer process is the right answer.
I help you distinguish between them before choosing a tool.
What I can help with
- Reviewing where AI or automation could support a commercial priority.
- Mapping the current process, information and responsibilities.
- Comparing options, dependencies, likely costs and constraints.
- Planning and building a focused pilot.
- Connecting agreed workflows with websites, CRM and other business tools.
- Testing outputs, exceptions and the points where someone should review or approve the work.
- Training, documentation and handover to the people who will maintain it.
What an implementation needs to cover
A useful system needs more than a prompt. We need to understand what information it uses, who can access it, what a good result looks like and what happens when it cannot complete the job.
The agreed scope can include access controls, review steps, operating instructions, usage limits and a maintenance plan. Provider choices and data requirements need to be considered for the particular business and application.
Test before expanding
I use REMAP™ to examine the commercial assumptions behind the work. A focused first build gives us something to assess: does it solve the intended problem, can the team use it, and do the costs and ongoing responsibilities make sense?
I do not promise that every task can be automated or that an AI tool will produce reliable answers without checks. We agree where human judgement belongs.

Tell me which process you want to improve, who uses it, what tools are involved and what a better result would look like. You do not need to have selected an AI product before getting in touch.
